Our Guiding Principles

These are the principles that we and our products stand for.

  • Privacy is a Fundamental Human Right.   All of us deserve this – it is not just something for spies, cryptocurrency traders, or criminals!   The notion that this is the case is a big part of what has gone wrong with our society.
  • Without Privacy, There is No Security.   They are two sides of the same coin.  In order for us to protect anything in the modern, connected digital world, there has to be a way to ensure absolute control of connections, communications and data by human end users.   That applies both to individuals and small groups, and large organizations.
  • Technology Should Serve Humanity.   We are at an inflection point in history where this may rapidly become the reverse.  To avoid this fate, we must ensure that humans can remain in control of their privacy, security and technology.

We will publish additional privacy policies for the use of our products and services prior to launch.

Transparency

Faction Communications is working with several top tier IOT and cybersecurity labs for comprehensive testing and validation. We will publish reports as these are completed.

We will engage ongoing a firm for ongoing audits and inspection of source code and processes.

We will state in quarterly transparency reports any lawful requests for information and whatever actions we have taken.
